Joint position paper on the re-attribution of scientific and technical tasks to the European Chemicals Agency
EGMF joins forces with fellow organisations of the RoHS Umbrella Industry Project in signing a joint position paper on the Directive proposal 2023/0454 on the re-attribution of scientific and technical tasks to the European Chemicals Agency.
On behalf of the Umbrella Project, EGMF calls for more active involvement of stakeholders during the consultation processes on exemption applications, and on the procedure for review and amendment of the list of restricted substances.
